But if you don't know how to use it, you can try this alternative method.

Before start, you need to install Firebug

1. Go to the video page, I use http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/nm13118412 as example.
   
   
2. Open Firebug and switch to the "Net" tab, arrange the order in descending of size. The biggest is the target file.
   
   
   
3. Right click and Copy the Location. Paste the url in the location bar.
   
   
4. Save the file in the place you like. Finished !!
